4 slices of homemade bread
250 g of goat cheese
2 teaspoons of wildeflower honey
8 slices of bresaola from Valtellina
Preparation
Mix goat cheese and honey and keep the mix aside, in a cool place.
Grill the slices of bread on a grill or in a non-stick pan.
Spread the goat cheese and honey filling on each slice of bread and complete the sandwich with two slices of bresaola.
