Brown bacon cubes in a pan, then let them dry on paper towel. In the same pan, toast the slices of rustic bread.
Place two slices of bread on each dish and put on each slice two pieces of burrata, the crispy bacon and the raw scampi. Season with a trickle of oil, black pepper, grated lemon peel and a pinch of salt, as you wish.
To complete this burrata recipe, decorate the dish with a few lettuce leaves.
