200 gr puffed quinoa (or, as an alternative, quinoa cooked according to the instructions)
160 gr cooked ham (this can be cubed if you wish)
12 dried tomatoes
Greek olives
200 gr Greek feta cheese
oregano, basil, EVO oil, salt, and pepper
Preparation
Cut the feta cheese into cubes, the dried tomatoes into strips and, if you are patient enough, remove the pits from the olives.
Dress the quinoa with all of the ingredients and serve as you wish.
