Ingredients

  • 1 loaf of turmeric cheese bread
  • 1 coscia pear
  • 20 g sugar
  • 5 g butter
  • 15 ml cognac
  • 80 g speck

Preparation

<p>Wash the pear, remove the the seeds and peel and cut it into slices. Melt the butter in a pan and add the pear, the sugar and the cognac. Cook for 15 minutes, until the pear is soft. <br> Heat the turmeric cheese bread in the oven, in order to soften the cheese inside, then cut it and stuff it with pear and speck.</p>
