Prepare the pizza dough by mixing really quickly the yeast (melted in a little bit of warm water) together with flour and salt, while adding water and oil. By doing so, you should obtain a soft dough.
Let the dough rise covered for 2 hours. Knead again the dough and let rise for other 2 hours.
In the meantime, brown the minced onion in a pan together with the zucchini cut into slices. Flavor with salt and pepper and let cook for 20 minutes.
Preheat the oven at 180°C. Stretch the pizza dough directly on a baking tray covered with baking paper.
Add the zucchini, the spun-curd cheese and finally the diced Salame di Milano Bindone.
Close the dough well, and let the stuffed pizza cook for 30 minutes.
