Mix the flour with the baking powder and the grated Parmesan. In the meantime beat the eggs with the oil and the milk, then add a few stalks of shredded chives and a pinch of salt.
Mix all the ingredients together and, once the mixture is dense enough, pour it in 8 stencils. Bake them at 180° for 12 minutes.
Let them cool down.Then, cut them into half : it's time to stuff them with a tablespoon of mayonnaise and a slice of bacon! Complete with some pepper and thyme leaves.
