Clean the zucchini and cut them into thin slices. Now, stir-fry them in a pan with oil and garlic cloves. After 2-3 minutes lower the flame and cook covered for 5 minutes.
Eliminate the garlic cloves and add salt.
Whisk eggs well in a bowl and add yogurt, minced mint and ham (cut into stripes) together with a little bit of salt and pepper.
Pour the mixture into the zucchini pan. Then, mix the ingredients and cook on medium heat 2-3 minutes per side.
Serve your frittata together with a sauce prepared with a mix of greek yogurt, minced mint, extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper.
