Preheat oven to 180 °C. Combine the flour, salt, yeast and thyme leaves in a bowl. In another bowl, blend the eggs with the cooled melted butter, cheese, and bacon. Mince the pistachios with a knife. Combine the dry ingredients with the liquids and mix well until blended. Add the pistachios. Mix well and pour into a loaf pan lined with baking paper.
Bake for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick can be inserted and comes out clean. Remove from oven and let cool slightly. Slice and serve.
