Wash the rocket leaves and drain them on paper towels. Cut the pineapple slices into small pieces.
Heat the bread, cut it into two horizontally and put slices of bresaola on the lower part. Then, add the rocket, the Grana Padano cheese and the pineapple pieces. To complete, add a trickle of extra virgin olive oil.
Close with the other half of the bread and taste your bresaola sandwich immediately!
