Ingredients

  • 240 g bresaola
  • 120 g portobello mushrooms
  • 80 g bagoss bits
  • wild fennel and dill tops

Preparation

 

Put all ingredients for the mushroom salad on the serving dish and season - as you prefer - with a citrus sauce.
