Melon gazpacho with ham and mozzarella skewers

  • 4 slices of Citterio Prosciutto Crudo "Il Poggio"
  • 50g of melon pulp
  • 100g of cucumber
  • 100g of yogurt
  • 4 cherry mozzarella
  • 1 lemon
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • mint
  • salt and pepper
  • Preparation

    Cut the melon into chunks. Place them into a blender glass. Add the cucumber and whisk until creamy.

    Add the yogurt, a spoonful of olive oil and salt. 

    Keep in the fridge until ready. 

    Prepare the skewers with the ham and the mozzarella. 

    Serve it cold.
