Ingredients

  • 100 g of Prosciutto Cotto Tagliofresco in Leggerezza
  • 5/6 boiled asparagus spears
  • salad
  • salt
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • apricots, peaches and plums if you wish

Preparation

First, cook the egg for 7 minutes in boiling water. Meanwhile, peel and clean the asparagus sperars and rinse them. Tie them together with some kitchen string and cook them upright in boiling water for 10 minutes. Once ready, wrap each one in a slice of Prosciutto Cotto Tagliofresco in Leggerezza. Add the ingredients and your Bentobox is ready!
