Bentobox with dry-cured ham, carrots, courgettes and fruits

Ingredients

  • 70g of dry-cured Tagliofresco ham
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 courgettes
  • salt
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • apple and grapes

Preparation

Put the carrots and the courgettes into some boiling water for 10 minutes.

Once cooked, cut them into slices and wait for them to cool down.

Place them in your Bento. Add the ham and the fruit.
