Italian spring rolls, tomato sauce and balsamic vinegar

Ingredients

  • 12 rice pastry sheets
  • 1 lt peanut oil
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 beetroots
  • 2 Tropea onions
  • 120 g cubes of cooked ham
  • 80 g mozzarella for pizza
  • tomato sauce
  • balsamic vinegar

Preparation

 

Cut the vegetables into julienne strips, add the cooked ham cubes, the mozzarella for pizza roughly cut and season.
Dampen the rice pastry sheets, place vegetables with ham at the centre and roll, carefully closing the edges of the roll.
Heat oil at 180°C and deep-fry spring rolls in it.
Drain the rolls on paper towel, then serve with side sauces.
