Grilled peppers, corn and citterino cups

  • Salame Citterino
  • 2 or 3 peppers (red, yellow and green)
  • Corn
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Fresh basil


Clean the peppers and cut them into small pieces. Then, cook them on a well-heated grill.

Put the grilled peppers in a bowl together with corn. Flavor with salt, oil and the basil leaves.

Cut the Citterio salami into slices of 1 cm and then dice it.

Now put the salami together with peppers and corn.

Serve in small cups by decorating with a leaf of fresh basil. Now enjoy your happy hour!
