Ingredients

  • 180 g cooked ham
  • 200 g robiola cheese
  • 5 radishes
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 2 carrots/li>

Preparation

 

Have fun with your children: create a ham, robiola cheese and vegetable caterpillar.
Stir the robiola cheese with a fork and add the carrot, the cucumber, the peeled radish cut into small pieces.
Use the ham, sliced not too thin, to make rolls with a diameter of 4 cm.
Put them vertically on a plate, to drawn the body of the caterpillar .
Transfer the robiola-based mixture in a pastry bag and stuff each cooked ham roll.
Use the cucumber pieces and peel to make the feet of the caterpillar and the radish for the head.
Complete the plate with a lettuce lawn and edible flowers.
