Ingredients
1 pack (70g) of Tagliofresco Salame di Milano
150g Beetroot
Sweetcorn
Salt and pepper
Olive oil
Fresh seasonal fruit: watermelon and melon
Preparation
First, wash the beetroot. Then, dry with a cloth and put in a pot adding water to cover. Add a little salt and boil over low heat. Once ready, cut the beetroot into pieces. Complete your Bentobox with the other ingredients!
