Take the pears, sliced not too thin, and sprinkle them with lemon juice. Chop the pumpkin into small chunks. Brush oil on the pumpkin and on the pears and grill them on a cast iron pan. Cut the brie cheese and the Parma ham into pieces. Put the radicchio, cleaned and chopped, in a bowl together with the pumpkin, the grilled pears, the Parma ham and the brie cheese. Season with salt and extra virgin olive oil and serve.
