Roughly mince the walnuts with a knife. Work the goat cheese with a fork, to mix it well with the other ingredients. Wash the beetroots and cut them into slices, that must not be too thin. Heat the "pronti di pollo" in a pan with a trickle of extra virgin olive oil for 5 minutes.
Put the ingredients in the plate as you wish! Start with the beetroot slices and the "pronti di pollo" and complete with minced walnuts, a few drops of balsamic vinegar glaze, one or two small branches of dill, some salt and extra virgin olive oil.
Ready to be served!
