Ingredients

  • 240 g chicken meat
  • 80 g stracchino cheese
  • 4 bunch tomatoes
  • 120 g rocket
  • 40 g croutons

Preparation

 

In a salad bowl, put rocket, slices of tomatoes, flakes of stracchino cheese, the slices of chicken and the croutons.
Season the chicken and tomato salad as you wish, with vinaigrette sauce and balsamic vinegar.
