Ingredients
1 small baguette
50 g mozzarella cheese
70 g Parma ham
20 g artichoke cream
rocket to taste
Preparation
Cut the baguette horizontally into two and, in the lower part, spread the artichoke cream.
Then, add the slices of mozzarella, the Parma ham, the rocket and some rocket leaves.
Close with the second half and serve the Parma ham sandwich.
