Multigrain Bruschetta with Turkey Bresaola, Ricotta, and Grilled Vegetables

  • 60g Sofficette Turkey Bresaola
  • 2-3 slices of multigrain bread
  • 100g ricotta cheese
  • 1 eggplant
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • Fresh basil
  • Salt
  • Extra virgin olive oil

Preparation

How to do:
Cut the vegetables into your preferred shapes and place them on a preheated grill to grill them well.
Once ready, season with salt, extra virgin olive oil, and a few fresh basil leaves.
Take the slices of multigrain bread, spread fresh ricotta on them, and alternate the turkey bresaola with the different grilled vegetables.
