Bulgur salad with bresaola, sesame oil and green apple

Ingredients

  • 240 gr bresaola
  • 250 gr pre-cooked bulgur
  • sesame oil to taste
  • salt and white pepper
  • 2 granny smith apples

Preparation

Cook the bulgur according to the directions on the package adding a few drops of sesame oil and one of the two apples cut into very small cubes: this will give our salad a more exotic flavour.
When the bulgur is lukewarm add the bresaola cut into julienne strips and the other apple cut into larger cubes.
Season with sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
Great for lunch. Nourishing, but light and low in fat.
