Ingredients
240 g Parma ham
400 g papaya
120 ml soy milk
240 g seed oil
salt and pepper
Preparation
Grill the papaya and let it colour. With a blender, mix soy milk and seed oil and add salt and pepper.
Place Parma ham in a plate together with the grilled papaya and the mayonnaise.
