  • 60g Sofficette Turkey Bresaola
  • 1 fennel bulb
  • Parmesan shavings
  • Almonds
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • A drizzle of balsamic vinegar

Preparation

How to do:
For this quick salad, wash the fennel and slice it thinly.
Arrange the turkey bresaola slices on a plate, add the sliced fennel, Parmesan shavings, and almonds as desired.
Season with salt, a little pepper, extra virgin olive oil, and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar.
