  • cooked ham
  • honey
  • pistachios
  • caprino or another mild, fresh goat cheese
  • rustic bread

Preparation

Cut the bread in slices, toast lightly in the oven. Crush the pistachios to create large chunks. Spread the caprino or another fresh, mild goat cheese on the bread, place the slice of cooked ham on top of the cheese, then top with a sprinkling of pistachios and a drizzle of honey (best if it's honey with decisive flavour).
