Ingredients

  • 70 g Bresaola from Valtellina PGI
  • 250g pre-cooked chickpeas
  • 1 mango
  • 50g rocket leaves
  • A few almonds
  • Salt
  • Extra virgin olive oil

Preparation

If using pre-cooked chickpeas, the only thing to do is preparing the poke bowl by distributing ingredients and creating a nice-looking composition.

Season at will and taste it!
