The editors at Dissapore carried out a taste test to evaluate the leading cooked hams available on the Italian market, selecting six types, including the Grancotto di Vignola Citterio.
The product took third place with a score of 7/10 and positive comments concerning the “unique and distinctive" flavour, even if the judges sometimes found the consistency of the meat a bit dry.
