Start by preparing the peppers. Place them on a hot grill and toast them on all sides. Once ready, cut the peppers into strips approximately 5 cm wide, season with salt and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
Take your wholemeal frisella and wet it slightly with a little water to soften it, add the Chicken Breast SOFFICETTE, the peppers, and season with oil.
Accompany your frisella with a red or yellow apple, to taste.
