Turkey Bresaola Rolls with Stracchino and Asparagus

Ingredients

  • 60g Sofficette Turkey Bresaola
  • 100g Stracchino cheese
  • Asparagus
  • Salt to taste
  • Chives

Preparation

How to do:
Cook the asparagus in a pot with salted water. Once they are soft enough, drain and let them cool.
Meanwhile, take the slices of Turkey Bresaola and fill them with Stracchino cheese, add the asparagus, and close the roll with a chive stem.
Plate and serve.
