Mint sauce (a sprig of fresh mint, 1 tsp of sugar, 3 tbsp of white apple vinegar, 3 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil, salt)
Preparation
Prepare the mint sauce and put it in the fridge.
Heat up a large griddle pan and grilling all the wurstel sausages well.
Serve on a large plate and bring the various bowls of sauce to the table.
