Press out the pizza dough on a baking tray, giving it a round shape. Use the flour to prevent the dough from sticking to your hands. Cut the tomatoes and toss with oil, salt and oregano.
Bake the plain pizza dough in the oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and top the cooked pizza crust with pieces of mozzarella, tomato, oregano and, if you want, even some olives and fresh basil. Drizzle with a bit of oil. Serve warm. You can also place the topped pizza back in the oven for a few minutes, just to melt the buffalo mozzarella a bit.
