Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • half a package of cubes of ham
  • half a medium-sixed potato
  • milk
  • salt
  • extra virgin olive oil

Preparation

<p>Peel the potato, cut it into slices and stir-fry it in a non-stick pan with a trickle of extra virgin olive oil.
<br> Whip the egg, adding ham cubes, some drops of milk, a pinch of salt. <br> When the potato is almost cooked, pour the whipped egg in the pan and let each side cook 
for some minutes. Immediately serve the omelette with cooked ham!</p>
