Ingredients

  • 80 g high-quality Cooked Ham
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 carrots
  • A few cherries
  • Chives
  • Salt
  • Extra virgin olive oil

Preparation

Peel the avocado and cut it into long slices, then peel and grate carrots. Season with salt and extra virgin olive oil.

Distribute the Cooked Ham slices in a salad bowl, sided by the sliced avocado and grated carrots. Wash cherries and add them to the dish. Finally, garnish with a few chives.
