Chicken meatloaf, vegetarian frankfurter, mustard mayonnaise and mixed lettuce leaves

Ingredients

  • 600 g minced chicken meat
  • 2 vegetarian frankfurters
  • season vegetables (black carrots, celery, carrots, etc.))
  • 4 egg whites
  • 60 g mustard mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper
  • mixed lettuce leaves

Preparation

 

Blend the minced chicken meat with egg whites, salt, pepper. Put the mixture in a terrine and place the frankfurter and the strips of season vegetables inside it.
Cook in a water bath in the oven at 160°C for about 40 minutes.
Let it cool before slicing.
Serve the chicken meatloaf accompanied by a quenelle of mustard mayonnaise and mixed lettuce leaves.
