BUCATINI WITH CHERRY TOMATOES, ONION AND SWEET PANCETTA FIAMMIFERI

Ingredients

  • 120g sweet pancetta Fiammiferi
  • 350g bucatini pasta
  • 300g cherry tomatoes
  • Tomato sauce
  • Grated cheese
  • Onion
  • Chili pepper
  • Salt to taste

Preparation

Boil the water for the pasta and in the meantime prepare the sauce.

Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and sauté them in a pan with the oil and sliced ​​onion. Add a little tomato sauce and season with salt. Halfway through cooking add the sweet pancetta Fiammiferi and chilli to taste. Cook the bucatini and when ready add them to the sauce and mix well. Sprinkle with grated cheese and your pasta is ready.
