Boil the water for the pasta and in the meantime prepare the sauce.
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and sauté them in a pan with the oil and sliced onion. Add a little tomato sauce and season with salt. Halfway through cooking add the sweet pancetta Fiammiferi and chilli to taste. Cook the bucatini and when ready add them to the sauce and mix well. Sprinkle with grated cheese and your pasta is ready.
