Prosciutto di San Daniele DOP is an Italian specialty known around the world. Only Italian-raised pork leg and salt, no preservatives. Citterio’s master salumai (prosciutto makers) carry out the salting and curing of every single ham in our facilities in San Daniele with full respect for tradition and with the care and passion that sets them apart. Only after numerous selections, a ham becomes a Prosciutto di San Daniele Citterio. Available with different curing times, bone-in or boneless.
