Prosciutto di Parma DOP (PDO Parma ham) is one of the most symbolic products of Italian charcuterie. Only Italian-raised pork leg and salt, no preservatives, plus a tradition that goes back more than 1,000 years. Citterio produces its Parma ham in Poggio Sant’Ilario, in a traditional area where the microclimate is perfect for the natural curing process, giving our Prosciutto di Parma its unmistakable sweetness. Care, passion and the best pork legs: these are Citterio’s secrets to producing great ham. Matured slowly from 13 months up to 3 years, available bone-in or boneless.
