The Prosciutto di Parma DOP is one of the jewels in the crown of Italian cold meats. Made of only the thigh of Italian pigs and salt, with no preservatives, following a tradition that has been handed down for more than1000 years. Citterio produces their Prosciutto di Parma at Poggio Sant'Ilario, in a typical zone where the microclimate is ideal for natural ageing, giving the Prosciutto di Parma its unique sweetness.
