Prosciutto Crudo del Poggio is a slightly sweet delicacy from Casa Citterio. Citterio’s master salumai (charcutiers) carry out detailed inspections from the time the pigs are raised at the farm. They cure each prosciutto, one by one, in the various stages of salting and maturing. The result is a slightly sweet prosciutto crudo (dried, uncooked ham) with a truly unique flavour.
