The traditional Citterio Bresaola is produced only after a meticulous selection of ingredients in Gordona (Sondrio). Here the fresh, dry and aromatic air that blows from the Alps meets the warmer air at the bottom of the valley, to create ideal conditions for the seasoning the product. Citterio's Traditional Bresaola is a unique product, with culinary slices and a bouquet of spices and special aromas. Good as such, excellent when flavoured with oil, lemon and a sprinkling of pepper.
