Peel the apple and cut it into slices, eliminating the core. Clean the cucumber and cut away the ends. Peel the cucumber and wash it accurately, in order to avoid its bitter taste. Then, cut it into pieces.
Blend the apple slices together with the cucumber, lime juice and some mint leaves.
Toast the bread and serve it with the bresaola with a little bit of olive oil on the top. Add some cream cheese, if you wish.
